We are excited to host the first reading session of the Pidgin Library. Drop in for a browse through the library’s extensive collection of independent publications in 18 languages. Co-founder Wenxi Liao will talk about the project and introduce the library’s online catalogue and collection highlights.

The Pidgin Library is a multilingual collection of independent publications, co-founded by artist-publisher Beatrix Pang (Hong Kong) and curator Wenxi Liao (London). With a specific interest in multilingualism in publishing culture, the library aims to reconfigure the terminologies, discourse and modes of knowledge production of visual arts from non-Eurocentric perspectives.
